The list on the back side of the container is very expansive on its Supplemental Facts. So, there is a lot of information there to draw your own conclusions from. Junto ami pareja, lo tomamos en las mananas despues de entrenar ya que nos hace sentir mas saciados y podemos aguantar mas para romper con el ayuno, ya que no tiene azucar.
